    We've been here & the accommodation is not good. not satisfied with their services.

    We had a good experience the first time, but I don't think they like repeat customers. They won't answer e-mail inquiries. As a business owner myself, I think it reflects on their enthusiasm to offer good customer service. It starts with that first inquiry.
